We let them know exactly how our nervous system is going to respond to certain stimuli, certain triggers. So just being able to identify and bring our own awareness and our own sort of ruthless honesty to the things that are going on in us is an incredibly helpful way to lay the groundwork for sacred intimacy.? ?
